Our buying terms
Welcome PokemonSeller.co.uk We are a UK retailer specializing in Pokémon cards. By using our site, you agree to these terms. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, reselling, or tampering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect abuse, chargeback risks, or commercial reselling. We may also suspend or permanently block accounts and future orders for these reasons. A contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods, not upon confirmation. These rules protect our community and do not affect your mandatory UK consumer rights.
Order safety and our liability
Price and stock accuracy are our priorities, but orders may be canceled due to pricing errors or fraud risks. Payments are taken at checkout for all items, including pre-orders. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Any single order with a total value over £100 will be sent using a tracked 1st Class or equivalent tracked service at no extra cost to you. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the price you paid for the products purchased. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights.
Returns and tampering policy
Due to market volatility, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Refunds are only issued where required by UK law, such as for faulty goods or valid cooling-off periods. However, any evidence of resealing, card swapping, or packaging tampering will result in a total refusal of your claim and a permanent account ban, items may be destroyed if found to be tampered with. We require clear photos and video evidence for any claim; if the proof is unclear or we suspect misuse, the claim will be denied. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales to protect the integrity of our Pokémon TCG products.
