Shipping Policy
UK Delivery Terms
At PokemonSeller.co.uk, we prioritize the safety of your collectibles. Every order is packed securely using protective materials to ensure your cards and products arrive in pristine condition. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days; however, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or major set releases. Our delivery operations are focused solely on customers within the UK, ensuring reliable local service for the community. This policy works in conjunction with our store Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value. Orders under £100 are subject to a flat delivery charge of £3.99. For orders of £100 or more, we provide free 1st Class or equivalent tracked delivery. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. Any high value items will be send using the highest or possible service possible or our own private deliveries to ensure the safety of the items. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as the risk and responsibility for the items pass to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the provided address. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a smooth handover of your items.
Missing or Damaged Items
To protect our community and maintain fairness, we apply a strict anti-fraud policy. If your parcel is damaged or missing, you must notify us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Your claim must include clear photos and, where possible, video evidence of the packaging and contents. We will conduct a thorough investigation with our couriers and may request additional information before reaching a decision. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds or replacements in cases of repeated claims, suspicious activity, or evidence of tampering. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory UK consumer rights.
