Welcome to Pokemon Seller, your trusted TCG partner. We maintain strict security measures to protect the integrity of our inventory against tampering and resealing. This policy outlines our commitment to UK consumer law while protecting our community from fraudulent activity. While we fully honor your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we enforce rigorous inspections on all returns. We do not offer change-of-mind returns on any Pokémon card products. Returns are only granted where UK law mandates, such as for faulty items or statutory cooling-off periods for sealed goods. Be aware that all booster packs, boxes, decks, digital codes, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable once opened. Before any return is approved, customers must submit clear, high-resolution photos for inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any return request if we suspect abuse, resealing, or fraudulent behavior.
Strict Return Terms
Any item showing signs of opening, resealing, card swapping, or customer-inflicted damage will be denied a refund. Such items will be returned to the sender or destroyed at our discretion. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived faulty or we provided the incorrect item. For valid returns, refunds are processed via your original payment method within 14 days of inspection. Pre-orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our TCG market safe and fair.
